The new product was presented as a “rare, luxurious and mysterious fragrance related to oud-themed compositions”.
This is an aromatic story about a mythical tree that grows at the intersection of light and shadow, tenderness and strength, freshness and sensuality. The creator of the fragrance, perfumer Christophe Raynaud, was inspired by a trip to Eastern countries.
The top notes of the Lancome L’Autre Oud composition are filled with saffron, labdanum and clary sage; the heart notes contain the aroma of Turkish and Bulgarian roses and Agarwood; base notes: woody notes of agarwood and guaiac wood, patchouli, oakmoss, vetiver, amyris, guary balsam and myrrh.
