Aesop Hwyl Eau de Parfum was developed in Australia in 2017. The Aesop cosmetics brand was founded in Melbourne by Dennis Paphitis back in 1987. The company began by developing and producing skincare products whose formulas contained only natural ingredients. Gradually, the brand began expanding globally and achieving a leading position. In the early 2000s, Aesop began producing its own fragrances in collaboration with leading French perfumers. Hwyl is the creation of renowned French perfumer Barnabe Fillion. In this fragrant new creation, he expresses his admiration for traditional Japanese flora. The opening notes of the Eau de Parfum are dedicated to smoky, spicy notes, among which the bitter warmth of thyme clearly stands out.
