- Dispatch: Parcels are usually dispatched within 2 - 5 business days after your payment is successfully received.
International Premium Shipping (Express Service):
- Cost: Calculated automatically at checkout (additional charges apply).
- Delivery Time: 3 - 14 business days.
- Features: Requires a signature upon delivery for maximum security. Please contact our support team before finalizing this method if you have special requests.

Order Grouping & Handling Fees
- Shipping Fees: Our shipping rates include fixed handling and packing fees, alongside variable postage transport costs based on the total weight of your shipment.
- Combined Orders: We strongly advise you to group all your desired items into one single order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, meaning standard shipping fees will apply to each individual package.
Premium Protective Packaging ("GIFT" Option)
Your delicate fragrance packages are dispatched at your own risk, but we take extraordinary care to protect fragile glass crystal objects. For elite protection, check the box "GIFT" when ordering. Your parcel will be packed in a specialized, extra-protective bubble envelope. The cost of this luxury premium service is 10€.
Important Customs, Invoices & Private Seller Policies
- Private Sellers & Invoices: All goods on Parfumla are delivered by independent private sellers. If you require a detailed commercial invoice inside the parcel or specific cost indications on the box, you must formally notify the seller within 2 days after your purchase. Since international supplier countries do not maintain standard invoices on their territory, these changes cannot be made after the parcel has been shipped!
- Customs Duties: The buyer is fully responsible for knowing what import documents are required to receive the goods in their specific location. Please note that Parfumla is not responsible for any local customs duties, taxes, or import fees applied at your delivery destination.
- Delivery Liability Disclaimer: Parfumla acts as a secure platform and is not directly liable for the goods offered by private sellers. Delivery times depend entirely on the transport companies, which may prolong or shorten windows due to external logistics factors. Once payment is confirmed, your order is immediately handed over to the shipping company. All transport responsibility and liability for postal damage are borne by the respective delivery carrier.
