Scandal is a new rich and seductive floral-chypre fragrance for women, created in 2017 by perfumer Daphne Bugey for the French brand Jean Paul Gaultier. Another honey-themed composition from the increasingly popular category of unusual gourmand scents. The bouquet is based on the interweaving of floral-creamy notes and warm woody-earthy accents. The aroma is most vividly represented by the rich smell of patchouli, white flowers and honey, which are complemented by more moderate sweet notes. The perfume composition opens with juicy notes of red orange and mandarin. The heart contains chords of honey, gardenia, jasmine, orange blossom and peach. The sound is completed by a warm base trail, composed of accents of patchouli, beeswax, caramel and licorice. The perfume is housed in an incredibly elegant pink glass bottle with a cap, the central element of which is shaped like a miniature pair of women's legs.
