Epic 56 Woman Exceptional Extrait de Parfum is a new, exciting and multifaceted spicy-floral-oriental fragrance for women, released in 2021 by the luxury Arabian perfume brand Amouage. A richer version of the original Epic Woman composition from 2009, the new fragrance boasts a 56% concentration of essential oils, resulting in exceptional longevity and a vibrant scent. The bouquet is based on two opposing blocks: an energetic, vibrant spicy note and a soft, deep amber note. The complex perfume pyramid opens with spicy notes of cumin, pink pepper, and cinnamon. The heart unfolds with accords of jasmine tea, velvety-honey damask rose, and spicy, peppery hints of geranium. The scent concludes with a base note composed of smoky, aromatic accents of olibanum (incense), warm, woody oud, creamy sandalwood, earthy patchouli, amber, orris root, musk, guaiac wood, and vanilla. The fragrance is housed in the signature green bottle.
