Libre Intense Eau de Parfum is a new luxurious oriental fougère-floral fragrance for women, created in 2020 by perfumers Anne Flipo and Carlos Benaim for the French fashion house YSL. It is a more intense, rich, and sensual version of the iconic 2019 YSL Libre Eau de Parfum composition. The fragrance pyramid opens with bright, sparkling citrus notes of bergamot and mandarin, combined with herbaceous floral notes of fragrant mountain lavender. The floral heart features fragrant accords of lavender, Sambac jasmine, exotic orchid, and orange blossom. The fragrance concludes with a base note composed of delicate powdery accents of Madagascar vanilla, spicy notes of damp vetiver wood, bittersweet tonka bean, and subtle refreshing notes of ambergris.
