American fashion designer Narciso Rodriguez was born in 1961 in New Jersey. He studied at the famous Parsons School of Design and graduated in 1982. Soon Narciso began collaborating with such famous houses as Calvin Klein and Cerruti. He created a dress for the wedding of John Kennedy and Caroline Bisset. This elegant sheath dress, made of white silk, elevated the designer to the rank of a great couturier. Later, Narciso Rodriguez drew attention to the fact that his colleagues in clothing design were moving to the art of perfumery, and he invited famous perfumers Francis Kurkdjian and Christine Nagel to work with him. The brand's first women's fragrance was released in 2003 and was called simply and succinctly For Her.
