Cedrat de Diamante is a new fresh, citrusy unisex fragrance for men and women, created in 2019 by perfumer Marie Salamagne for the Italian fashion house Versace as part of the new exclusive Atelier Versace collection. The Atelier Versace collection consists of six luxurious fragrances, each dedicated to a specific ingredient that sets the tone for the entire composition. The collection is part of the brand's fashion line, which specializes in producing highly expensive, elite, custom-made eveningwear. The fragrances in the Atelier Versace series include the citrusy Cedrat de Diamante, Eclat de Rose with its dominant note of Moroccan rose, Figue Blanche with its fig note, the jasmine-infused Jasmin au Soleil, the sandalwood-infused Santal Boise, and the gourmand Vanille Rouge with Madagascar vanilla and delicate praline. The composition is based on the vibrant, luxurious sound of citrus accords. The perfume pyramid opens with invigorating citrus notes of pink grapefruit and Italian lemon zest. The heart features elegant accords of coniferous and resinous white cedar. The base notes conclude with woody, earthy accents of vetiver. The fragrance is housed in a light green bottle adorned with a hand-painted gold inscription bearing the fragrance name. The bottle is crowned with a heavy gold cap featuring the signature embossed Medusa head and is packaged in a black and green box with a hand-painted Greek Key motif.
