Karagoz is a bright, optimistic unisex fruity-fougere fragrance released by the Turkish luxury perfume brand Nishane Karagoz in the spring of 2017. Part of the brand's new exclusive line, the fragrance offers a classic twist on the art of perfumery. The aromatic composition was created by the close-knit duo of perfumers Murat Katran, Jorge Lee, and Mert Guzel.
The upper registers of the fragrance reveal subtle echoes of lush meadow herbs, the sweet, seductive aroma of grapes, and vibrant flashes of exotic pineapple. Gradually, the fragrance evolves from subtle, translucent tones into a richer, brighter ray of morning sunshine, radiating cheerful vibes of jasmine sweetness, citrus accents of neroli, and spice, seasoned with the piquant bitterness of patchouli leaves. The fragrance ends with a strict, calming trail, combining in one weave the bitter-smoky notes of vetiver, the warmth of sensual amber and the magic of woody accords of enchanting oud.
