Molecule 05 is a new dry, vibrant, and warm fougere-woody unisex fragrance for both men and women, created in 2020 by renowned German perfumer Geza Schoen for the Eccentric Molecule brand. It's a long-awaited continuation of the popular Molecule series. According to the creator, he wanted to convey the atmosphere of the Mediterranean coast, not through traditional marine notes, but rather to embody the feeling of a summer stroll, when you begin to discern how one aromatic plant gives way to another—how fragrant and resinous they smell. The fragrance composition features a single note: cashmeran. This complex scent features soft musky undertones combined with dry woody nuances and sweet, resinous notes of pine. Cashmeran was first synthesized in the late 1970s in the IFF laboratory. The perfume is housed in a azure-colored bottle, characteristic of the entire series.
